The purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer, having created a shopping cart in the online store (hereinafter referred to as the e-store, www.flowerbloom.lt), specified the buyer and recipient data, selected a payment method and familiarized himself with the rules, clicks the "Buy" button and is valid until the obligations under this agreement are fully fulfilled. If the Buyer does not agree with all or only part of the Rules, he must not place an order.

The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store, in accordance with these Rules and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

Flowers and plants of suitable quality are not exchanged or returned. In accordance with the 2014 Decree of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania The requirement to replace a quality product purchased in the flowerbloom.lt e-store with similar products or to refund the money paid, approved by the resolution of the "Retail Trade Rules", is not satisfied. Exceptions may apply if the buyer contacted the flowerbloom.lt administration on the same day of purchase, along with a purchase receipt or bank statement.

The Buyer undertakes to pay the price of the goods and their delivery, as well as other payments (if any) and accept the ordered goods.

The Buyer pays for the goods using his online bank, to which a link is provided from the e-store, or by making a payment from any other bank to the Seller's account specified in "Contacts".

If the data in the Buyer's registration form changes, the Buyer undertakes to update them immediately.

The Buyer must comply with other requirements established in the Rules and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

The Seller has the right to suspend/terminate the e-store activities indefinitely without separate notice and is not liable for any losses of the Buyer related to this.

The Seller has the right to unilaterally change these rules by notifying the e-store about this. Changes come into force from the moment of update for all transactions concluded after the publication.

The goods are delivered at the Buyer's expense.

The goods are delivered within 1-5 days.

Upon delivery of the goods to the recipient's address, it is considered that the goods have been delivered to the Buyer, regardless of whether the goods are actually accepted by the Buyer or another person who has accepted the goods at the specified address.

The Buyer is fully responsible for the correctness of the data specified in the registration form. If the Buyer indicates incorrect, inaccurate data in the registration form - the Seller does not assume responsibility for this.

The Buyer is responsible for the actions performed using this e-store.

The delivered flowers, plants or bouquet compositions may differ from those seen in the photos. We reserve the right to change the flowers or types of flowers if they appear to be of poor quality on the day of flower delivery or if we do not have them. In such a case, we change the composition of the bouquet without changing its monetary or aesthetic value.
